| Stručný popis: | Since its inception in January 2005, the Dept. of making pregnancy safer at the WHO, sets out a way forward for making pregnancy and hildbirth safer for women and their newborns, and thus accelerating the reduction of maternal and perinatal mortality and morbidity. The key goal of the Department is to provide technical support and through building national capacity for managed care and universal coverage, to ensure skilled care for everz birth within the context of a continuum of care.
